Flowing Verses

TITLE: Expressions  Nonplussed I stand as I watch the world, Unreeling before me in myriad frames, Mesmerising and repulsive,beautiful and ugly, Deep inside me these images form, Wondrous passions,feelings uncalled, Timid and shy I can’t express them in open, I carve word  -pictures to give an expression, As the drops trickle from the thawing snow, Forming a brook that doth gaily flow, My pains and joys trickle down from my heart, Imprint my tales and verses on paper,forever to last.

  "Poetry is just the evidence of life' An alluring moment fills the mind with love, Anxiety hovers at a sad  sober turn  Our verses stand witness to undulating, Lows and highs of life as they  run, Tears that flow with the pricks of life, Echoing laughter as it tickles to please, A narrow winding path in prickly thickets, Or an avenue flanked with fragrant trees,  A cherubic face or a monstrous glance, Smooth soft path or treacherous creeks, Our lyrics reveal deep tumult we saunter, Alter their tone and tune  to life we encounter.

Enchanted  How I wish I could let you go, From my yearning heart, Have some space of my own  Of some hope , of some cheer, I made a mistake of reading you , A bit too closely, I had forgotten my own self, So deep I fell under your spell , An abyss so deep and dark, Exasperated ! I try to come up, But slip further every time I try, It’s like entering a tunnel, Long ,unending, dark, Where there is no hope, No light at the end, Perhaps it has no end. They say,  love is divine, An ecstasy,a bliss , a joy, Ask me ! It engulfs my entire being, Has benumbed my senses, And you ? Still unaware ! I was wise once,but Now I am in love .
